How to Enter Donations to a Direct Mail Campaign
This article addresses how to enter donations received for a direct mail campaign.
We discuss using how to look up a Donor Record. If the donor exists you will find them using the different Find options. View the Anatomy of Private, Corporate and Contact windows.
If the donor does not exist, you will need to create a new donor record.
The Batch Number used on the Receipt Maintenance window is used to identify a set of donations entered by data entry staff. There might be 40 donation records per batch.
