Setting up a Donor to accept eReceipts

A donor's record needs to be set up to enable eReceipts to be issued.

Exception: When donations are imported from Donate Now, at the time the Receipt is posted, there is an eReceipt check box that ensures all posted donations are identified for an eReceipt.
