How can I find how many people donated a second time?
We have a client who ran a specific campaign. They asked how they could find out which donors gave another gift after supporting the campaign.
This is what we suggested.
We created a Q-Xpress selection of all those who supported the specific campaign. The donations were selected using Receipt Amount Payment Method Date with Include Dollar Amounts checked.
Using the data in the Q-Xpress View, we ran the monthly RFM report to identify those who gave again at the conclusion of the initial campaign.
