New Features Year End 2022

If happens when a donation from previous fiscal year needs to be added to @EASE. In the past, this required extract work and rerunning U2M for the years affected.

This is no longer the case as we have added to the program to address which fiscal year needs to be fixed and the dollars are added to the campaign in that year, the campaign contributions for that year and it updates the donor record for the year in question as well.
