Using the Communications Tab

@EASE is designed so that all data both internal and external can be connected to a donor.

The Communications tab connects with EaseKMS folders that might contain valuable information in the form of documents or graphics about a donor, supporter or funder.

The Communications tab can also link to webpages, websites, social media and more.

The Link Field identifies the type of document or file being added. A major donor might have their own DonorCommunications folder where all electronic documents are housed. Using this method places information at the fingertips of fund development staff.

When webpages are added to a Foundation or Corporate record, having access to critical pages is easy, as it is all through @EASE.

In the sample above, we have links to the EaseKMS/GrantsProposals Folder for the organization as well as to web pages that are useful to development staff.
