Volunteer Reports

There are three types of reports for volunteers once activities have been assigned to them.

Volunteer Reports are found under the Reports menu.

The Volunteer Schedule is used to give a schedule of volunteers entered through Assign Volunteers where a dates, & times have been added through the Events tab of a Campaign and volunteers have been added to the list of jobs.

Activity Hours  - Volunteer or Staff is used to reports hours entered through Volunteer Activity Hours. 

Volunteer Event Hours reports hours entered through the Volunteer Schedule. 

* This report will also provide a list of all hours for the Volunteer Schedule and Activity Hours.

The report shows all volunteers by job, date and time. The listing includes the total volunteers who assisted as well as a unique count of volunteers. For example if John helped on 3 occasions the count of volunteers is 3 and the unique count is 1.
