Going to a Remote Desktop Environment
Once you have acquired the Azure sponsorship and you have your Premium 365 License, you are ready to move to a full remote desktop environment.
The benefits include less reliance on your IT group. When updates to @EASE and or the Database, only one update is required.
With the database in SQL format, you have more reliable access, as network issues will no longer cause problems with the database. When a problem is encountered, the database will simply revert to its previous position.
Once the desktop is set up, you will receive login accounts and initial passwords for each user.
Once new passwords are set up, and authentication is complete, you will be able to function securely.
