@EASE Lookup Tables an Introduction

The customizable Lookup Tables found under File / System Maintenance can only be modified by users with Level 1 security.

The tables provide a charity with the opportunity to define its working environment. Tables are valuable when precise extractions or donor information is required.

Tables need to be defined before opening windows that use them. For example, a new Salutation needs to be added before the Private window where it will be used is opened. The reason for this is Lookup Tables do not dynamically update rather existing values are pulled into memory when screens using them open.
