RFM Recency Frequency Monetary Report

The RFM Report can be used to review giving patterns for donors. The report runs by groups identified by Quality or by Membership. Where a group of donor records have been selected through Q-Xpress, the RFM Report can be run using these records.

The report shows the amount and the record count by month. The Year selected determines which year is displayed and the months are within the fiscal year.

The report below is by Quarter over the last three years. The Quarterly checkbox needs to be activated to get the report over three years.

There is a QnA from one of our clients. The question was to see how many donors who gave to a specific campaign came back to give again after the fact.
