Recording Donations
Some of your invited guests will not be able to attend. They will, however, give you a donation. These are regular donations, but specific to this event. They will be recorded and receipted in the same manner as other campaigns.
Features to Note:
- The Description of the Campaign contains the fiscal year
- The Breakout Code ... specific to Gala Dontn
- Charitable is checked.
- Receipt Required shows Yes (Based on Lowest Dollar Value Receipted)
- The letter shows that you want to write a specific letter.
