Volunteer Campaign

A campaign can be built to manage all volunteer activities.  This makes it very easy to thank the many volunteers that have helped with a special event.

The Volunteer Campaign will let you create scheduled activities as well as record general hours like committee meetings.

The campaign would look like this:

Features to Note:

  • The Description of the Campaign contains the fiscal year
  • The Breakout Code ... is not required.
  • Charitable is not required.
  • Receipt Required is No.
  • Letter is not required.
  • Print on Receipt values are all blank.
  • Donation Category is Volunteers Hours Only
