@EASE has offered good decision-making data since its inception. We look forward to reviewing how the software can be used to make better decisions and examine fund development results.

We are using a direct mail example to profile the different reports available in @EASE to analyze the results of the campaign.

The selection of reports would be applicable to many other types of activities that a charity might engage in.
