Review Summary
The Review Summary is easy to run and will compare charitable and non-charitable results over the last ten years, by month over the current fiscal year and by quarter (1-4) over the last ten years.
It shows total donations, total number of gifts, the unique donor count and average gift amount.
The QuikEase icon on the menu bar shows the same information by a single date range, and it can be run for a specific campaign.
Organizational Defaults on the Receipt tab shows the amount the charity receipts for. When using Donate Now, all donations are receipted as there is not cost to the charity.
Charitable - No Receipt Required: These are donations where Receipt Required = No and the Receipt Number is blank or zero.
Charitable - No Receipt - Lowest Value: These are donations where the amount of the donation is less than the amount the charity receipts as defined in Organizational Defaults.
Charitable - Receipted Externally: These are donations where Receipt Required = No but a Receipt Number exists.
Charitable - Receipted In-House: These are donations where Receipt Required is Yes and the Amount exceeds the Lowest Dollar Value and the Receipt Number is > 0.
Charitable - To be Receipted: These are donations where Receipt Recquired is Yes and the Amount exceeds the Lowest Dollar Value and the Receipt Number is blank or zero.
