Accumulated Donations by Date Range

You may want to list donors who have given over a date range which extends within the current year. For example, your fiscal year might run from April 1 - March 31 of the following year. You want to report donors who have given in October to December for your winter newsletter.

The selection Q-Xpress \ Donor Selection\ Donor by Donation Amount by Year would find all donations gifted in the current year from April - December. To achieve totals over a specific date range, the selection to use would be Donor Selection \ Accumulated Receipting by Date.

This is not used over several full fiscal years, as totals have already been calculated by fiscal year by donor. Should someone attempt this the record count will stop at the process at 100,000.

In the window above, we are looking for donors who have given between October 1 and December 31 in the dollar range $250.00 - $5,000.00.
