Annual Receipting
Annual Receipts can be printed using Year End / Calendar Year End Processing. Creating one yearly receipt for monthly donations helps save dollars for the charity and creates fewer lost receipts for the donor.
Yearly receipts are created by accumulating all successful donations to a given campaign in a given date range by donor. Only posted pledge receipt transactions are included in the totals. Transactions that have been voided or have not been posted are not included.
A yearly receipt can be created at any time during the year. For example, a donor may be moving to another city and choose to discontinue their pledge. @EASE makes it very easy to create one receipt for all gifts given by this donor.
One receipt number is applied to all associated receipt transactions. For more information see the section on Calendar Year End Processing.
