How to Build a Lottery Ticket Campaign
When creating a Ticket Sale campaign, a ticket number range is entered on the Campaign master record. The Donation Type will be Ticket Sale. Where there is no charitable portion the Donation Type is Merchandise, non-charitable and no receipt.
If the ticket is for a lottery, the Donation Type is Merchandise.
@EASE tracks the tickets ensuring all numbers are unique. The Tickets Not Sold report found under Reports \ Donor Receipting displays ticket numbers which have not been assigned.
