Exporting From Q-Xpress View or Q-Xpress Export
There are two methods to export data from Q-Xpress. We recommend using the Q-Xpress Menu item Q-Xpress Export to create the MailMerge.txt file.
Productivity is important and we recommend that each user have a C:\MailMerge folder on their C drive ... not their Share Drive. This ensures one consistent export path for each user and the ability to share merge documents in Word format found in the EaseKMS \ Forms folder.
