Importing a List of Potential Sponsors into @EASE

This video shows how to import a set of potential sponsors.

Using a CSV format on an Excel sheet enter the following Columns:

Firstname, Lastname, Company, Aptno, Bldgno, StreetName, City, Province, PostalCode, Phone, Email, Quality

If using the first and last names, both fields need to be included.

Save the file in an MSDOS CSV format. 

To ensure there are no blank lines at the bottom of your list, you can open the file using NotePad.
